- Pre-Orders: If you have placed a pre-order for an item, please note that it will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days from the date of order confirmation. Pre-order items may require additional time for production or restocking.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will be able to view the final shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 1 hour for local shipments within Bahrain.
